The tenth edition of the Historic Minardi Day closed a few weeks ago but the organization’s sights are already set on the future. The appointment for the 11th edition is already set for Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 September 2027, once again at Imola’s Enzo and Dino Ferrari International Circuit, for another weekend dedicated to the history, passion and culture of Motorsport.

The tenth anniversary edition, held on 19 and 20 September 2026, reconfirmed the event’s status as one of the premier gatherings for car enthusiasts, attracting more than 22,000 visitors to Imola. It was two action packed days, featuring 590 cars on the track, plus more than 200 vehicles participating in the closing parade lap and the initiatives associated with the ACI Storico Festival.

It was a true living museum of Motorsport, in which different generations were able to meet and share the same passion. From the Formula 1 racing cars to the training categories – Formula Junior, Formula Abarth, Formula Italia, Formula 2, Formula 3, Formula 4, GP3, GP2 and Formula 3000 – as well as prototypes, Gran Turismo, historic cars, hypercars and supercars, the public was able to experience up close a sporting and technical heritage of extraordinary value.

What made the tenth edition even more special was the presence of major figures of the world of racing: drivers, technicians, engineers, designers, journalists, and personalities who contributed to writing important pages of the history of motoring.  It was an opportunity to come together and share stories, one that also engaged the younger generations, and confirmed the Historic Minardi Day’s ability to appeal to an increasingly young and international audience.

2026 will also go down in the history of Italian motorsport for a result that had been 73 years in the making.

Andrea Kimi Antonalli, with his third place in the Mexican Grand Prix, clinched the Formula 1 World title, taking an Italian driver back to the top of the world for the first time since Alberto Ascari in 1953. It was an extraordinary achievement, achieved at only twenty years of age, that renewed our country’s pride and enthusiasm and serves as a major inspiration for all the young drivers who dream of becoming stars in Motorsport.

This result fits perfectly with the spirit of Historic Minardi Day: preserving the memory of the great achievements of the past, telling the story of the present and fuelling passion for the future. This is precisely the guiding principle that, ever since the first edition in 2016, has defined the plan conceived by the Minardi family: keeping the history of racing alive, not only by displaying the cars, but bringing back to the track and letting the public hear their engines roar once again, examine their details and meet those who wrote its most significant pages.

 “The tenth edition brought us great excitement and an extraordinary turnout. Seeing the Circuit so alive, so many young people and lots of fans also coming from abroad, is our greatest source of satisfaction. Our goal is to continue spreading our passion for Motorsport and sharing the history with the new generations. Work on the next edition has already begun, we want to continue on this path, maintaining the spirit that has guided us since 2016”.

Therefore, the organizing team is already hard at work putting together a new edition that will renew the connection between the past, present and future, bringing together once again the collectors, the teams, clubs, institutions and enthusiasts.

The Historic Minardi Day will return to Imola on September 18 and 19 2027.

After having won the title in Mexico, Kimi Antonelli will run the Brazilian Grand Prix as World Champion for the first time, on the Interlagos circuit in Ayrton Senna’s home country. The battles for second place in both the drivers’ and the constructors’ World Championships are still wide open.

Formula 1 arrives in Brazil, at Interlagos, for the twenty first round of the season. It will be a special weekend, especially for Andrea Kimi Antonelli, who will take to the track for the first time as World Champion. After having won the title in Mexico, he will find himself in the very country of his idol Ayrton Senna to whom he feels deeply connected.

It is a short but especially demanding track. The race is run anticlockwise, a characteristic that will subject the drivers to physical demands that are different compared to most of the circuits on the calendar. The track has major changes in elevation, a surface that is not always even and a sequence of corners that requires good balance of the car, precision and the ability to find traction when exiting the slower corners. This is a circuit where the weather can be a decisive factor and where the races often give us surprises and dramatic turns of events.

Pirelli has chosen the softest trio of its range: C3 for the Hard, C4 for the Medium and C5 for the Soft. This choice could offer a range of possibilities in terms of the strategies. The management of the tyres and the ability to find the right balance between performance and duration will therefore be crucial aspects for securing a good result over the course of the weekend.

With the drivers’ title now decided, the battle for second place remains very interesting. Verstappen, Hamilton and Russell are separated by just eleven points. Leclerc is some points behind. This is a challenge that will also directly involve the respective teams and one that promises to keep the excitement high in the final races.

Ferrari arrives in Brazil after a Mexican Grand Prix that left lingering issues, especially regarding what happened between Hamilton and Leclerc in the early stages of the race. It will be crucial to see how the team reacts and how they manage future head-to-head encounters. The Team from Maranello is still in the thick of the battle for second place on the Constructors’ World Championship, with a 122-point lead over Red Bull. Strong results will be needed, and above all, effective teamwork from both drivers.

Interlagos will therefore be a round with many implications. The weather could be a major unknown factor. In fact, the forecasts predict a rather unsettled weekend, especially on Saturday when thunderstorms are expected during qualifying. And even Sunday is not excluded from rain, even if conditions could improve during the afternoon. At Interlagos, we know just how quickly the weather can shift the balance of power: the ability to adapt to track conditions and read the race correctly could prove decisive.

At twenty years of age, Kimi Antonelli has brought the world championship title back to Italy 73 years after Alberto Ascari. Minardi: “This is a historic moment for all of Italy’s motorsport.

This is a historic moment for Italian motorsport.  Kimi Antonelli, at just twenty years of age, has been crowned the World Champion, bringing the title back to Italy 73 years after Alberto Ascari. The best thing is that, when his adventure began, I told Andrea that I would have loved to see him become world champion. This all came true in a very short time. This is a huge source of satisfaction and a cause of great pride for our entire movement.

On Friday, during the first session of free practice, we had three drivers on the track: Leonardo Fornaroli, Gabriele Mini and, of course, Kimi Antonelli, who then finished an extraordinary race, in which he only made a handful of mistakes, on the podium. This is the result of a journey and hard work carried out over these years.  For this reason, I would like to thank everyone at ACI Sport who have collaborated in this adventure, not only Kimi, but also all the other drivers who are part of our family.

I have never doubted Kimi, not even in the toughest times. Those who have been in this world for many years know full well that there are happy moments and others that are more challenging, and these are precisely the moments that, with hard work and determination, you have to learn to overcome. I have never doubted his abilities, and today we can celebrate an extraordinary achievement that recognizes the work of so many people.

The image of Hamilton and Verstappen lifting Kimi onto their shoulders was also wonderful. For me this gesture on the podium had a strong symbolic worth, almost a passing the baton between world champions: an act of esteem, faith and recognition towards a young man who had just reached the pinnacle of Formula 1.

Kimi’s race was fantastic. He made two exceptional starts, he managed the race with intelligence, and he took home a third place that let him crown this season in the best way possible. Now that the title race is over, attention turns to the battle for second place between Verstappen and Hamilton

Speaking about Ferrari, on this occasion I believe Hamilton deserved more support from the team, and also from Leclerc. Lewis was showing all his worth on the track and is driving the team forward. Leclerc must understand that, at this time, the interests of Ferrari come first. The Scuderia is still in the running for second place in the Constructors’ World Championship and everyone must work in the same direction. In this perspective, I did not like Charles’ attack during the early stages of the Grand Prix.

The track measures 4,304 metres and the Grand Prix is run over 71 laps, for a total of more than 305 kilometres. The long acceleration run on the main straight leading up to the braking point for turn 1 favours overtaking, while the slower and more technical section also runs through the stadium, giving a setting that is unique in the panorama of Formula 1. The management of the racing car and the skill in striking the right balance between the straight-line speed and grip in the corners will be crucial.

For the weekend in Mexico, Pirelli has chosen the three softest compounds in its range: C3 Hard, C4 Medium and C5 Soft. This selection could widen the strategic options, but it will also require careful attention to the management of the tyres. In fact, the altitude reduces the sliding of the car and the phenomenon of graining. Free practice will therefore be crucial for evaluating the performance of the compounds and identifying the most effective strategy.

On the sporting front, all eyes will be on Kimi Antonelli. After his wonderful win in Austin, the Mercedes driver will go to Mexico with 365 points and a lead of 123 points over George Russell. This lead means he is now one step away from winning his first world championship title, in only his second season in Formula 1. Antonelli could be crowned champion as early as Sunday if he finishes in at least ninth place. The title will be his anyway if neither Russell nor Lewis Hamilton manage to win the Grand Prix. After a season marked by extraordinary consistency and results, the young Italian has the chance to achieve a historic milestone for himself and for Italian motorsport.

In Austin, Mercedes confirmed its competitiveness, but Ferrari gave out another important signal with Charles Leclerc’s second place, followed by Max Verstappen in third place. The driver from Monte Carlo took advantage of the chances presented by the race and he secured an important result, while Lewis Hamilton finished fourth, contributing to the team’s points haul.  Ferrari seems to have made progress, and the objective will be to understand whether they will be able to confirm this performance even on a circuit with such distinctive characteristics.

Red Bull is not to be underestimated. Verstappen proved that he can challenge for the top places and in Austin he remained in contention for the podium right up to the final stages of the race. In Mexico, the team will have to find the right balance to capitalize on their speed on the straights whilst maintaining grip in the stadium section. The Dutchman’s competitiveness would once again have an impact on the standings of the championship, especially in the battle behind Antonelli.

While the driver’s title is now nearing its conclusion, the battle for second place in the standings remains very much wide open. Russell currently occupies second place with 242 points, just one more than Hamilton, while Verstappen is on 236 and Leclerc on 233. Four drivers separated by just 9 points. This situation makes every race particularly important and promises a closely fought battle in Mexico City too. For Ferrari in particular, it will be the chance to build on its progress and to try and to get both drivers into the battle at the top.

The round in Mexico therefore presents two major themes. On the one hand, the chance to witness Antonelli’s coronation, following a season that has exceeded all expectations, and on the other, a battle for the top positions that is still wide open, with Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull set to go head to head on a circuit that, due to its altitude and characteristics, could shuffle the standings at the top.

This has been a fantastic season for Italian motorsport and is exceeding every expectation. Antonelli is proving all his worth and is giving us great satisfaction. The celebration of the world title has been postponed to Mexico. Here Hamilton and Russell kept the championship alive by remaining just within the points needed for Antonelli to win the World Championship mathematically. Russell, however, did not finish higher than eighth place. For his part, with a few exceptions, he has struggled to keep up with his teammate for much of the season. Antonelli was better at adapting to the new regulations, confirming that he is a fantastic and extraordinary driver in every respect. Russell found himself up against a very strong teammate who can deliver an exceptional level of performance.

We saw a good Grand Prix characterized by different strategies employed by the drivers and teams, which made the race thrilling. Charles Leclerc’s second place for Ferrari was also excellent; he managed to get involved in the battle at the front and to finish ahead of Max Verstappen who came third after having adopted a strategy different to the winner’s.

Ferrari is improving and I hope that it can continue along this path even in the Grands Prix that remain, even though Mercedes still seems to have an edge in terms of performance. Nevertheless, Leclerc’s result is positive and confirms the team’s progress. It will be important to continue along this path to try and close the gap on their rivals in the final races of the season.

Finally, we must also highlight the point taken by Racing Bulls thanks to Liam Lawson’s ninth place. The team is gaining ground on Alpine that finished tenth with Pierre Gasly and has consolidated its fifth place on the Constructors’ ladder.

In the Sprint Race Verstappen managed the very treacherous conditions in the best way possible. After having overtaken the Dutchman at the start George Russell took the lead, he made a very bad mistake and crashed into the wall at the last corner of the first lap. This episode compromised his result and opened the road to victory for Red Bull’s driver, and “handing over” precious points to Antonelli.

Sunday confirmed the superiority of Verstappen who controlled the race right up to the chequered flag. Behind him, Charles Leclerc took an excellent second place for Ferrari, but questions remain about the behaviour of their two drivers. At one stage of the race, Hamilton seemed to have a better pace, yet Leclerc did not let him pass, making him lose precious seconds. Previously, during the tyre change, it had been Hamilton who had let his teammate pass. On this occasion, the seven times world champion showed he was more willing to work in the best interest of the team. It is hard to say whether a different choice would have changed the final result, but the management of the situation warrants some reflection.

The third step of the podium went to Antonelli, who delivered a performance worthy of a true champion. Once again, he had to contend with several track-limit violations. Despite this, he displayed great maturity—especially when compared to the errors made by other key contenders like Russell and Hamilton.

Antonelli managed the pressure well and secured crucial points in both the Sprint and the Grand Prix. His championship lead over Russell has thus extended to 102 points, aided by the struggles of his teammate, who after a power unit change managed to recover to ninth place.

It was a disastrous weekend for McLaren, between the crash in the last lap of the Sprint Race with the collision between Norris and Piastri when they were battling for the top places, and the performance and strategy issues in the Grand Prix. Added to this was another mistake by Norris in the closing stages, in the battle with Hamilton, which also allowed Antonelli to make up ground. One would expect a driver fighting for the title to handle such moments differently: these are mistakes that can have a huge impact on the outcome of the season. I don’t know how pleased they can be at McLaren.

Now the attention turns to Austri where a decisive stage in the title race could unfold. Antonelli has a very comfortable lead and, should he continue on this path, he could already have the chance, as early as the next round, to mathematically secure the World Championship. Furthermore, Mercedes is also expected to introduce updates to the power unit, something to watch very closely.

The Sprint format will make all this even more complicated. In fact, the teams will have only one session of free practice before the real action begins, with the Sprint qualifying and race taking place between Friday and Saturday. It will therefore be crucial to quickly find the right set-up of the car, without having much time to make adjustments.

Even the tyres will be interesting, Pirelli will bring the C3, C4 and C5 compounds, Hard, Medium and Soft respectively. Marina Bay is medium to high level of roughness for a street circuit and a marked change of the levels of the grip over the course of the weekend. Add to this the chance of intermittent rain, typical of the equatorial climate, which could quickly alter the conditions of the track.

Wear of the tyres should not be particularly high, and a one-stop strategy remains the benchmark. In any case, this year the Softs could play an even more important role in the race itself, thanks to its performance in recent races and the capacity of the current racing cars to make better use of the softest compound. It will therefore be interesting to see how the teams will interpret this factor, especially over a weekend in which the Sprint Race will provide further insight on the behaviour of the cars.

Kimi will need to carry on racing as he has done so far, without letting his lead affect him. At Sepang, he handled a difficult race very well and he took home a second place which, in light of Russell’s retirement, has taken on even greater significance.

For George, however, Singapore is his first chance to bounce back. The retirement in Malaysia came at the worst possible time, after having narrowed the gap from his teammate in Baku. Now he must try to make the most of a circuit on which precision, speed and skill at handling pressure can make all the difference, even though he will be hampered by the replacement of the power unit.

It will also be interesting to see if Red Bull and Verstappen will be able to continue the form shown at Sepang on a completely different circuit. The win in Malaysia confirmed the competitiveness of the team, but Singapore will present a different testing ground.

For Ferrari, after Hamilton’s third place and Leclerc’s fourth place at Sepang, and for McLaren that comes off a weekend that fell short of expectations, it will instead be important to see to what extent the street circuit could shake up the pecking order once again.

Singapore will therefore be a particularly interesting round: there is little time to find the right set-up, a Sprint Race which will already award points as early as Saturday and technical characteristics that are very different from those in Sepang. Following a Grand Prix that further extended Antonelli’s lead, the championship would give us new insights on the Title race.

The strategies then changed quickly. In Ferrari, we saw two different choices: Leclerc returned to the pits to switch to the Mediums, while Hamilton chose the stay on the track with the dry tyres, and he then managed to make up many places. It was a decision that paid off in the end and allowed the Englishman to take an excellent third place, with Leclerc fourth.

The race was dominated by an absolutely flawless Verstappen. Max consistently posted excellent lap times and managed an extremely complicated race, characterized by the wet track, by the progressive changes to the conditions, by the Safety Cars and the Virtual Safety Cars, to perfection. He was always composed, finding an excellent race pace even when the track was drying. After having slipped behind the two Mercedes in the early stages, he took back the lead and from that moment he built up a well-deserved victory, without making any mistakes.

Albon’s retirement then triggered the Virtual Safety Car, that was then turned into the Safety Car.  At that point all the frontrunners took advantage of the neutralization to make another pitstop. The closing stages first gave us Norris’ mistake when, during the Safety car, he risked crashing into his teammate by braking too late and losing several places, and then, the biggest turning point, Russell’s retirement due to technical difficulties. George was in the running for the podium and could have limited the damage in relation to Antonelli. The problem at the end cost him crucial points and paved the way for Hamilton’s third place, and fourth place by Leclerc, at the end, they had the better over an excellent Hadjar who crossed the finish line in fifth place.

Hadjar confirmed once again that he is an excellent teammate for Verstappen, and, at this time, he is one of the drivers who can put him to the test within the team. Even in Sepang, he disputed a very solid race, staying in the top places for much of the race.

On the other hand, for Antonelli second place carries enormous weight in terms of the championship. Kim disputed a very mature race, managing conditions that were anything but easy and taking home a hugely important result. Russell’s retirement, which came a few laps from the finish, further highlighted the significance of this result. Antonelli consolidated his lead in the ladder and took his lead over his teammate to 84 points. This result is worth more than the 18 points collected, it is another very important step forward in the battle for the World Championship.

For Ferrari, Hamilton’s strategy proved particularly effective. Starting from the front row, Lewis knew how to make the most of what his Ferrari could achieve today. After dropping down to the rear due to the choice of Soft tyres in the wet conditions, he managed to stage an extraordinary comeback to finish in third place. Leclerc too, after the early difficulties, recovered back up to fourth place. Considering the conditions and the choices of strategies, this was therefore a doubly positive result for Ferrari. Today’s result is probably the best they could have hoped for. Also, thanks to some favourable circumstances arising from outside the team.

A round of applause also goes to Alonso. After the renewal of his contract and some positive signs that came out over the weekend, Fernando showed once again that he is competitive and took home an excellent eighth place. In a race that was chaotic and conditioned by the strategies, this was a very positive result for Aston Martin.

This was also a decidedly positive weekend for Racing Bulls who said goodbye to Sepang with both cars in the points: Lawson seventh and Lindblad tenth. This was an important result in view of the head-to-head battle with Alpine which finished the weekend outside the points. Racing Bulls consolidated fifth place in the Constructors’ World Championship.

McLaren, on the other hand, faced major difficulties, both in terms of the performance and due to Norris’s mistake at the end which wiped out part of the result. Piastri did not go beyond sixth place, while Norris finished only ninth after ending up in the gravel during the Safety Car. This weekend was decidedly below expectations for a team that, for the values shown in the track during the season, could have been even more a frontrunner.

Now we look ahead. In a week’s time they go back onto the track in Singapore which will also host the Sprint Race. This is another very special round, on a street circuit that is completely different from Sepang, where the world championship could yet throw up some new twists in the challenge for the title.

In Baku, Russell proved that he was very competitive for the whole weekend and he had an extra edge compared to his teammate Antonelli. It is worth pointing this out, On Friday Kimi made a totally unnecessary mistaken Q1 when there was no need to take such a risk. It would have been different if it had happened in Q3, when you go all out to take pole position. I am sure that, as always, he will have learnt from this experience and that it will not happen again.

In the race however, he was able to come back very well, climbing back from sixteenth place on the grid up to fifth place. It was a positive result, and probably what Mercedes and the driver could realistically have expected after such a difficult qualifying session. He lost a few points to Russell and now the gap in the championship has narrowed to 66 points. We still do not know how many races are left, and at this point of the season, every point counts double.

It was also a solid performance by Leclerc who maintained a good pace for the whole race, even though Ferrari is still far behind Mercedes. There is still a lot of work to do in Maranello. Hamilton, on the other hand, mainly complained about poor rear-end grip and a few problems connected to the engine.

It was an excellent performance by Red Bull that returned to the podium with both drivers. Verstappen certainly needs no praise, he drove an excellent race and, once again, he showed all his talent. But I also want to highlight Hadjar’s great performance after missing three races due to injury. He gave us a wonderful battle between the two teammates. This is the first time that Verstappen has a teammate who can really challenge him. Late in the race the order came from the team not to attack Verstappen and, considering the pace he showed, Hadjar would probably have been able to fight for second place. Red Bull is bouncing back from a slow start to the season.

It was a weekend to forget for McLaren and Alpine that both left Baku without any points. On a street circuit such as this one, danger is lurking behind every curve, and we saw this with Albon and especially with Colapinto. At the restart after the Safety Car, Colapinto locked his breaks at the first turn, and he hit his teammate Gasly who then crashed into Norris. All three were forced to retire. It was a costly mistake, especially because Gasly and Colapinto were well placed to score points for Alpine.

Inevitably, the Safety Cars affected the race strategy. We also saw a not very marked difference between the tyre compounds with the mediums demonstrating that they perform very well at various points. In the end, Russell was able to defend himself from Verstappen until the last metre, finishing with a lead of barely 196 thousandths of a second. Such a close finish is further proof of just how much this Formula 1 season still has to offer in terms of excitement.

Launching the tenth edition was the habitual lap of the track by Gian Carlo Minardi, this year aboard a 1956 Lotis Eleven powered by a 100cc Coventry Climax engine and driven by Roberto Farneti. This highly symbolic image officially launched two days packed with activities.

As always, the programme was incredibly full featuring Formula Junior, Formula Abarth, Formula Italia, Formula 2, Formula 3, Formula 4, GP3, GP2, F3000, Prototypes, Historic GT and GTS cars taking turns on the track, also thanks to the participation of the Scuderia del Portello, the Scuderia Nuvolari Italia, and the Motori Modena “Scuderia Modena Corse” Club. Never missing from the track and the paddock were also Hypercars and Supercars including the Pagani Huayra R and Utopia Roadster, the Dallara Stradale and EXP, the Lamborghini Revuelto and Temerario, the Mazda MX-5 and Lotus.

Warming the hearts of the fans in the pits and along the 4,909m of the Imola Circuit once again were the historic Formula 1 cars showcasing more than forty years of evolution of the highest category of motorsport: from the 1971 Ferrari 312 B2 up to 2013 Ferrari V8 powered Toro Rosso STR8 driven by Jean-Éric Vergne.

Also significant was the presence of the Aston Martin Formula 1 show car taken to Imola by Fondmetal that this year returned to the Circus after 29 years as the supplier of wheels. This return symbolically brough things full circle: in 2000 Fondmetal said goodbye to Formula 1 alongside Minardi, with Fernando Alonso as the test driver, to find him once again 26 years later as a driver for Aston Martin.

As per tradition, there was a large turnout of people who wrote important pages of work motor racing and who continue to keep a maintain strong ties with the world of Minardi and the Historic Minardi Day. Present were the engineers Aldo Costa, Gabriele Tredozi and Nigel Cowperthwaite, together with Daniele Audetto, Heini Mader, Giorgio Piola, Biagio Maglienti, Mario Isola, Giorgio Serra “Matitaccia”, Giovanna Amati, Fabio Babini, Luca Badoer with his son Brando, Fulvio Maria Ballabio, Benito Battilani, Francesco Bergamini, Thierry Boutsen, Sergio Campana, Sonia Borghese, Vicky Piria, Massimo Ciccozzi, Roberto Farneti, Beppe Gabbiani, Bruno Giacomelli, Raffaele Giammaria, Alexandra Gallo, Pierluigi Martini, Arturo Merzario, Miguel Angel Guerra, Gabriele Lancieri, Giovanni Lavaggi, Andrea Levy, Riccardo Patrese, Gabriele Tarquini, Nicolò Piancastelli, Luis Pérez-Sala, Vinicio Salmi, Siegfried Stohr and Tamara Vidali.

The Checco Costa Museum was one of the main attractions of the event. Providing the backdrop of a packed programme of book launches, meetings, talks and award ceremonies, with the participation of some of the most authoritative writers of Motorsport, were six racing cars connected to the history of Faenza: the Minardi M185, M189, M192 and M193, together with two Racing Bulls.

The packed programmed was further enhanced by the ACI Storico Festival. On Sunday 20 September, the Rally of the Lands of the Romagna, organized by the Automobile Club Ravenna, that saw 20 teams set off from the Imola Circuit towards Faenza, where they visited the Local Council Art Gallery, before returning to the circuit for the parade lap and the conclusion of the event.

There were also many highly emotional moments, including the awarding of the 5^th “Ferdinando Minardi Memorial” Award to Massimo Campodoni, one of the leading experts of Automobilia collectibles and a profound connoisseur of Motorsport history.

Gian Carlo Minardi: “This tenth edition of the Historic Minardi Day is an especially significant milestone for us and this result gives us great satisfaction. When we began in 2016, it was hard to imagine this sort of growth in both the numbers and quality of the cars present and the participation of the public and the many leading players of Motorsport who continue to show us their support. I was particularly pleased to see once again a very young crowd and a truly important presence of fans from overseas. Walking through the paddock and the pits, you meet young people and families from many countries who share a passion. Seeing the younger generations intrigued and captivated by cars from different periods that they have not seen firsthand is, I believe, one of the best outcomes of this event. This is the very spirit of the Historic Minardi Day: to preserve the history of Motorsport, to bring it back to the track and to share it, so that it can continue to thrill and inspire passion in the new generations as well. I would like to thank my brother Giuseppe, my niece Elena and Ilaria, together with all the Formula Imola team and all the people who worked for months to make this event a reality. Thanks also go to all the Institutions and to all those who continue to believe in and support this event. The strong turnout of spectators, Italians and from other countries, is another significant achievement for Imola and all the region, even in terms of the economic impact and international promotion”.
